Angela Curtis

angela curtisOriginally from Australia, Angela is eminently qualified both academically and professionally. She holds a BA in Psychology, an MSc from LSE in Social Psychology and is currently studying for Doctorate in Counselling Psychology.

Competing in endurance based sports, Angela first began her journey with Pilates 10 years ago, seeking exercise to help with flexibility and strength. After realising the benefits she completed classical and dynamic Pilates training to compliment her personal fitness certification. Whether training clients in a gym, studio or out and about on Sydney's beaches she began tailoring programs to meet individual's needs with a holistic focus.

Angela is also passionate about the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga. Initially she began practising yoga for the physical benefits. Slowly she came to appreciate how regular meditation and relaxation left her feeling more calm and peaceful. She has recently completed Appleyoga's 200 hr vinyasa flow and pre/post natal training to compliment her background in psychology and Pilates.
